Information the extension can process

A selected inventory file can include category, subcategory, title, description, quantity, listing type, price, shipping profile, offerable and hazmat settings, condition, cost, SKU, and up to eight image URLs.

The extension recognizes a versioned template profile, reports validation issues, and may create a corrected CSV and a review workbook. It does not access marketplace pages or tabs, browsing history, cookies, authentication data, accounts, or APIs.

How processing works

• All file parsing, validation, deterministic correction, diagnostics, and export occur locally.
• The extension has zero Chrome permissions, host access, content scripts, background services, persistent storage, and network requests.
• There is no analytics, telemetry, advertising, remote code, clipboard reading, or developer-controlled data collection.
• Selected file contents and outputs are not transmitted to Aguna, sold, shared, or used for a secondary purpose.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics contain versions, schema snapshot identity, recognition state, aggregate counts, and reason codes. They are designed to exclude the filename, SKU, title, description, costs, image URLs, raw cells, and row contents.

Retention and deletion

The selected file is held only for the current extension session. Aguna does not receive or retain it. Delete downloaded output using your device and replace copied diagnostic text through your operating system or another application.

Compatibility and independence

This is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot. The bundled profile is derived from a dated public non-Coins template; it does not verify custom shipping profiles, image availability, or every marketplace rule. Acceptance by the current live importer remains UNVERIFIED AGAINST LIVE SITE until an authentic upload is tested against the exact release.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes data access or processing, this policy will be updated before that version is published. The effective date above identifies this version of the policy.
