Information the extension can process

A selected active-listings report can include listing identifiers, titles, SKUs, prices, currency, quantity, category, condition, description, listing format, URLs, image links, variations, item specifics, and additional report fields.

The extension validates the report and creates local CSV and XLSX backup files. It does not visit marketplace pages, read browsing history or cookies, obtain credentials, use OAuth, or call a marketplace API.

How processing works

• All parsing, validation, issue detection, and export occur locally on your device.
• The extension has zero Chrome permissions, host access, content scripts, background services, persistent storage, or network communication.
• There is no analytics, telemetry, advertising, remote code, developer account, or sale or sharing of report data.
• The extension does not read the clipboard. A user-initiated diagnostic copy writes only the privacy-safe diagnostic text, with a selectable fallback if clipboard writing is unavailable.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics contain extension and adapter versions, recognition state, aggregate counts, and reason codes. They are designed to exclude filenames, item identifiers, titles, SKUs, prices, URLs, images, raw cells, and rejected row content.

Retention and deletion

The report is held only in memory for the current extension session. Aguna does not receive or retain it. Delete generated files using your device and replace copied diagnostic text through your operating system or another application.

Compatibility and independence

This is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay or any marketplace. Support for current seller-generated reports remains UNVERIFIED AGAINST LIVE SITE until an authentic report is tested against the exact release. Unsupported or ambiguous reports are designed to produce no data export.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes data access or processing, this policy will be updated before that version is published. The effective date above identifies this version of the policy.
